Legacy Kids Ministry
Our Legacy KIDS Ministry, is uniquely designed for children newborn through 5th grade. We believe children are a blessing from God and we are passionate about creating an environment that is safe, age-appropriate and fun where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way allowing children to grow in their relationship with Christ.
Our KIDS Ministry is divided by age into two main groups: Nursery/Pre-K and Elementary with each having a time of worship, prayer, and interactive lessons.
Our Legacy KIDS Ministry has adjusted to keep your child/children safe.
For infant to 5th grade:
Children can be checked in before the service. The children's check-in is located right as you enter the lobby.
Kids in the elementary phase are wired to MOVE, play, and explore like little scientists! The little ones crave concrete examples, while the older ones love tackling challenges that expand their understanding.
We recognize that, as a church, we have roughly 40 hours a year with our kids (accounting for sickness and vacations) if they're here every week. We're determined to make every moment count! This change opens the door to truly understanding our kids, leading them in meaningful worship and praise, delving into the incredible story of Jesus' sacrifice and love at their level, and letting them move, learn, and play in the ways that suit their growing minds and bodies.
But don't worry! We're all about balance. Our beloved multi-generational worship isn't going anywhere. Family Sundays will continue on the 5th Sundays throughout the year.

Amazing things are happening down our hallway and we want to give more people the opportunity to experience it with us, grow closer to the Lord by serving Him, and be a part of something bigger than ourselves. SAFETY
Because we take children's safety seriously, processes are in place to ensure the children are safe and accounted for at all times. Please find the Legacy KIDS Ministry check-in entrance to the right of the church lobby to receive directions on the check-in policy. Children will receive ID tags that are used to match them to their parents. Children will only be released to a parent with a matching ID tag. All volunteers are background-checked.
